• At BuildBoat™ ,We ensure customer satisfaction by partnering with reliable and reputed courier services to provide safe and timely delivery.

• For international shipments based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer.

• The products will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of the order confirmation.

• As soon as your package is shipped from our end, package tracking information will be emailed to you.

• To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, we kindly request you to provide your complete correspondence address, including the zip code and phone number, at the time of placing your order.

• We process all orders on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

• Address modifications will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped, and only if the new address is within the same state.

• Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by logistics closures or restrictions announced by various State Governments. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for unforeseen delays from the logistics partners.
